Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with BRIGHTTIDE.SHOP LTD. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

To start a return, please contact us at the.bright.tide.uk@gmail.com with your order details.


Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong product

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible, either with a replacement or a refund.


Non-returnable Items

We currently only sell towels and related textile products, which can be returned if unused and in their original packaging. However, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or washed towels
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards or promotional items

If you have any questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

If you’d like a different colour or style, the quickest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.


If approved, a full refund (including standard shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Banks or card providers may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at the.bright.tide.uk@gmail.com.


UK & EU Customers

Under UK and EU consumer law, you have a 14-day “cooling-off period” to cancel your order for any reason.


This period starts the day after you receive your goods. To exercise this right, please notify us within 14 days and return the item in its original, unused condition within 30 days.
