Shipping policy

Order Processing

All UK orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on UK Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

• Royal Mail Tracked 48
• Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days from dispatch

Express Delivery

• DPD Next Working Day
• Orders are delivered the next working day after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as adverse weather or peak trading periods.

Tracking

All orders are shipped using a tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you via email.

Bank Holidays

Orders are not dispatched on UK Bank Holidays. Any orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next available working day.
